To participate in the Tellabs ProPartner Supplier Diversity Alliance Program, you must forward the following information to Tellabs:
- A Tellabs Supplier Diversity Profile Form
- Current DBE, MBE, WBE and/or DVBE certification
- Marketing information (e.g., brochures, catalogs, line cards, samples, etc.)
- Capabilities statement
- Current and past clients with descriptions of work performed
