Ralph Candiloro
Vice President, Asia Pacific
Ralph Candiloro is Tellabs' vice president and general manager for Tellabs Asia Pacific. He is responsible for all sales and sales-related activities in the entire region and heads a sales team of about 200 persons.
Ralph brings over 20 years of industry experience to his current role. Most recently, Ralph was President & Regional SVP, Convergence Business Group, APAC, for Alcatel-Lucent. In this role he managed the extensive convergence portfolio with key responsibility for contract and bid management, customer program management, regional R&D and engineering support as well as Business Development and Marketing. Ralph was VP, APAC, Convergence Solutions Group, at Lucent Technologies prior to the Alcatel-Lucent merger. Ralph's other industry experience includes regional senior management roles at Telica Inc, CoSine Communications Inc, Ascend Communications and Ericsson.
Ralph holds a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science degree from La Trobe University.
